Hi, I ve had really bad pains in my butt crack. It s right at the beginning of it me it feels like an internal lump inside my buttcrack. It s been there for about 2 days now and the pain is unbearable when I sit down, move a little, walk, lay down, etc. what could this be? I can t do anything and it s really bothering me. The second day it hurt even more than the first so should I make an appointment or something?

Hello,
Welcome to HCM. I figured your concern. It seems you have osteoartritis and radicular pain.It is most frequently caused by nerve compression by a herniated disc.MRI spinal cord will help to determine whether pain location related to the specific lumbar disc level.
Other cause can be relate to infectins of rectum(proctitis, paraproctitis)
Diclofenac potassium 50 mg 1 tablet 2 times will give you relief, use diclofenac gel for local therapy.
Visit your doctor and get you examined.
Take care!
