What Causes Pain Between Shoulder Blade Along With Stiffness In Back And Neck?

Im having pain between my right shoulder blade like a burning knife is in my back constantly. It radiates out going up my neck across my side and down my arm. My back and neck get so stiff that i cant turn my head at times. It lessons at times but remains constant for about two weeks now.

I really appreciate your concern, certain conditions are there which could cause such pain of shoulder blade, as for example poor posture, muscular spasm, infection and trauma, all these needs to be differentiated and treated accordingly till then try to maintain good posture and for the pain "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" once in day can be tried, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
