What Causes Pain Between Shoulder Blade And Spine?

Hello, I have had this pain for over ten years now!! depending on what i do effects where the pain is. If I do nothing the pain will go away.lol Anyways the pain will be between the right blade and spine at first it is like a chill. it seems like it craps up to a point till the center of my back really hurts sometimes it is below the blade like 3 inches below the arm pit. One thing that for some reason no one seems to care is on the right side the rib right below my breast sticks out alot more then the rest you can feel this rib all the way around which goes right under the blade. I will not go through the list of everyone i have seen or done
