What Causes Pain Between Shoulder Blades Radiating Down The Spine?

Hell o, I have a pain in the center of my back up between my shoulder blades. It has been there for about 2wks. The pain sometime moves down center of my back but always on or around the spine. I am a muscular man, and have not stained it or lifted any thing heavy due to the discomfort. I have a high pain tolerance, and have been on antibiotics for about a week and a half now for, a sinus infection.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this could be due to muscular spasm and poor posture or uneven movement could be the cause, in my opinion this can be treated with the medicines given bellow
1) Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg mg with Acetaminophen once in day
2) Tab Chlorzoxazone once in day
take care and try to maintain good posture.
