You have intertrigo which can occur between the buttocks. Intertrigo is often accompanied by an infection caused by dermatophyte and bacterias.
In healthy humans, E. coli is the predominant species of gram-negative bacilli (GNB) in the colonic flora; may transiently colonize skin of healthy individuals, in the vicinity of the anal region. Go for FBS and PPBS for diabetes. Lose weight, if you are obese.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
