What Causes Pain Between The Top Of The Iliac Crest And Inferior Border Of The Rib?

Right sided pain between the top of the iliac crest to the inferior border of the rib. It hurts when coughing or sneezing. Not agonizing pain but very uncomfortable. No trauma or unusual physical activity. I m a male 50 years old. No fevers, vomiting, diarrhea, nor apparent swelling.. etc.
