What Causes Pain/cramping In Ankle/neck?

im still young i am 19 years old , and i often get pain in my left ancle it feels like cramps and if its pulling and when i turn my foot around it makes a crack sound like it is breaking and for awhile my ancle is feeling better sometimes in my neck i also get pain , a was at a docter for the ancle and he said its completly fine , wel i dont know anyone else with the same promblem
