What Causes Pain During Bowel Movement For My 4-year-old Granddaughter?

My 4 year old granddaughters stool looked like it had white fury mold on it yesterday. Today it was mostly green. She says she feels OK which is unusual because she usually complains of a belly ache before she goes. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You

Hello,

There made many medical conditions related to green stool. It is usually related to a bacterial infection, in this case is is usually associated with fever and diarrhea. I would recommend to do a stool test for further evaluation.
