General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and thank your for your question!
The trauma you recived may have caused injuries inside of your body. I would reccomend to do some examinations for a better understanig of your problem. First i would reccomend do a Chest X - Ray to see if there is a presence of injuries in the thoracic cavity including your ribs, lungs, spine. I also would reccomend to do an Ultrasound of your abdomen to check your internal organs. Also a urine test to see if there is any presence of red blood cells (if the trauma caused damage to your urinary tract).
Best regards!
