What Causes Pain During Digital Penetration Of Vagina?

Hi. My boyfriend has fingered me multiple times before, with me being a virgin, however, I was raped about 7 months ago when I first started college. The man did not enter me fully, however, there was penetration. Now when my boyfriend tries to finger me, it hurts really badly and I have to ask him to stop. What is wrong with me?

From your narration it appears that your fear about the previous episode makes involuntary tightening of your vaginal muscles- vaginismus, which causes you pain.
I will suggest you to be frank with your boy friend and tell him when fingering hurts you and ask him to stimulate you enough to have good vaginal secretions before he tries to finger you. If needed you can use Xylocain jell, it will work as local anesthetic ans well as lubricant.
