What Causes Pain During Intercourse After Removal Of Mirena IUD?

Hi, I had my Mirena IUD removed 5 weeks ago and I initially had some bleeding. I thought by now though I should have my next period but it hadn't arrived? I have had 4 home pregnancy tests which has all come back as negative. I have also been taking the mini pill since the removal of the mirena. I have also been experiencing very painful cramping during sex - to the point where I can't continue. Three questions: Am i pregnant? Does it take some time for my period to come back? Why am I experiencing such terrible pain during sex?
