Hello
I appreciate your concern
This pain and discomfort might be related to infection or inflammation of the urogenital tract.
continuous period might be related to
hormonal disturbances
I see patients with similar complaints in my clinic and I will definitely help her as well in best possible way
I would advise her for battery of tests like blood for
hemoglobin, CBC,
Liver function test, urine culture and
ultrasound, if need be hysyeroscopy.
Meanwhile she should take plenty of fluids to maintain good hydration and urine output.
She may require iron infusion or
blood transfusion if she has lost a significant amount of blood in periods
Hope this answers your question
Please feel free to discuss further
Best wishes
