What Causes Pain During Intercourse Along With Vaginal Discharge And Odor?

I have frequent intercourse with my very well endowed partner, something is definitely wrong in my vagina. I m a very healthy, physically fit female, in my late twenties. We are very exclusive (no other partners). It hurts to have intercourse, TMI: there s a lot of irregular discharge, a very bad odour (despite me bathing several times a day with vagisil pH balanced wash) and there s just a different feeling with sex all around - what could be wrong?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that you may have an infection possibly bacterial vaginosis. This is not a sexually transmitted infection.

It is associated with a malodorous discharge and can be treated with oral or topical medications.
Oral metronidazole or tinidazole can be used or topical metronidazole.

You may need a prescription from your doctor.

I hope this helps
