What Causes Pain During Intercourse Along With White Vaginal Discharge Post Hysterectomy?

I had a laparoscopic vaginal assist hysterectomy a lil over 6 weeks ago. I haven t seen my dr since the day of. He told me I could have sex at 6 weeks. I have had sex 3 times and the first 2 were not painful the last was very. Since I am very tender in the lower abdomen ( not vagina) and even before but more after sex I am leaking a clear ish watery discharge.
