What Causes Pain During Intercourse And Vaginal Discharge Afterwards?

Hi, I had sex last night and it was painful. This afternoon, my vagina gushed out this urine form liquid. It smelled a little like urine, but it had some discharge accompanying it. I have a little pain in the lower abdomen and I'm not sure what is going on.
