What Causes Pain During Intercourse?

I am a 53 year old woman who had a healthy sex life. Over time sex became painful and I would bleed a little after sex. Now I cannot have sex at all without pain and it feels like it is tearing my insides. What can I do? Is their a Doctor I can see about this?
