Hello,

Several factors can be at play. Firstly, your vagina may not be able to accommodate the male organ, if there is size disparity. Secondly, you may be experiencing the condition of 'vaginismus' for which there are several causes and treatments. Lastly, structural obstructions in the vagina, the inability of the vaginal walls to relax during the act, lack of proper lubrication, and local infections all play a part in addition to stress. A proper evaluation and management needed with a sexologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shanti Vennam
