What Causes Pain During Menstruation While Treating Endometriosis?

I am having a female issue, I am going through premenapause, have had an endometrial ablaision years ago, Tubal Ligation 19 years ago, I was told be my primary Dr, I may have had undiagnosed endometriosis. I was having severe pain every time I had my period, going into the top of my thigh, back and lower stomach. I am now having a fowl odor from the ending of my period, a strange dark blood that is lingering and very unpleasant and embarrasing odor. Is am thinking about trying a douche, but heard not good, will mess up Ph balance. Please help

Endometriosis causes pain during menstruation. You should be referred to a gynecologist to discuss optimal medical treatment with hormones.
