What Causes Pain During Periods And Nausea?

Hi- I am 33, height 5.3, wt- 64 Kgs. Previous medical history - very painful and heavy periods.

I have been having pain in my right flank (upper side) with flushy feeling (feverish) for the past 8 days. I have taken a course of Norflocixin and am on day 8 today. I also feel nauseated and seems to have pain radiating between my shoulder blades (back). pls advise.
