Hello, I have gone through the query and understood your concern. Since you had a natural pregnancy in the past, your ovulation status is well established. As you have failed to conceive after trying for almost an year and also experience painful intercourse, you should consult an expert for a proper clinical evaluation. The presence of any vaginal septa, cervical lacerations, erosions etc., can thus be excluded or treated if present. Tubal patency tests should also be done. Infections of the pelvis and general infections, if any, should be detected and treated. General nourishment should be improved. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
