What Causes Pain During Sex?

Hi.myself anamika.I was sexually active with my partner .I am 21.I used I pill after every time we HD sex.and soon it started showing side effects like changing mood;irregularity in periods.stiffness in nipples .secretion of milky fluid from the nipple.BT now I am not sexually active.I HD not taken I pill from last one year.I did not take any medicine for the problems I mentioned.now I am not facing those side effect.BT this time wen I HD sex it pains.I go through complete urine infection test.that was normal.BT I feel pain during sex.and I lost my sexual greed.I don t feel like doing sex.and I am facing urine infection problem again and again.kindly suggest

Hello,
Though some of the side effects like irregular periods and mood disturbances, nipple discharges can be attributed to the excessive use of the emergency pill, some others like repeated urinary infections cannot. The pain that occurs during intercourse needs to be investigated further. It can be due to local causes like vaginitis, cervicitis, pelvic infections, polyps or cysts of the ovary. A trans-vaginal sonogram, blood counts, urinalysis and culture tests, blood sugar levels and a proper clinical exam are needed to help. Treatment should be targeted to achieve prompt relief.
