What Causes Pain During The First Urine Passage?


Hai Sir,
I have painful urine only first urine passing in the morning . I have done urine culture but no infection found. my right lower abdominal pains much at the time of passing urine in the morning time much. other time pain remains slowly.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
If the urine culture is normal then the possibility is more about the stone/s in the bladder and ureter on the right side.
Ultrasonography will find the cause.
If required you may need to go for cysto-urethroscopy.
