hello, i can understand your concern. ipill which contains levonorgestrel comes with many side effects after its usage. pelvic pain and vaginal bleeding are also seen as side effects. your wife might be having urinary tract infection also along with the effects of ipill. i would suggest a complete urine examination to confirm or rule out the presence of uti. drink plenty of water (4 to 5 liters a day) if burning micturition is severe a urine alkalizer like syrup citralka twice a day is advised an antibiotic would be required based on the reports of the urine test. i would suggest not to use ipill frequently as this has been found to have many effects if used frequently. if you get intimate frequently with your girlfriend combined oral contraceptive pills would be the best form of contraception. this provides maximum protection. donot worry your girlfriend would recover soon. hope i have answered your concerns. thanks for choosing HCM
