General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Pain during urination and loss of libido can be symptoms of a sexually transmitted infection (STI) such as chlamydia or gonorrhea. It is important to get tested and treated for these infections as they can lead to serious health problems if left untreated. Other possible causes of these symptoms include urinary tract infections (UTIs) or prostate problems. I recommend that you make an appointment with a healthcare provider to get a proper diagnosis and treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
