What Causes Pain During Urination And Discomfort In The Throat?

Hello, Doctor. I have a question. I have unfortunately had a one night stand. During the anal insertion the condom broke ending in a situation where we finished with out it. A week has gone by and ive noticed symptoms of chlamydia, with discharge, pain upon urination and maybe slight discomfort in the throat. I ve also noticed a swollen lymph node on my right armpit only. With no ferver or any other noticeable symptoms, I was wonderino would the swollen armpit node being the case, would there you be able to tell if I contracted any other disease with this information? As I plan to have a sad test for chlamydia in the following week, unfortunately I am low on funds to be able to take the test for multiple diseases. Which leaves me wondering if I m in trouble for not having other symptoms beside a swollen lymph node. If you could help I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you
