What Causes Pain During Urination Inspite Of Taking Suboxone For Painful Bladder Syndrome?

I have been on suboxone for years & was recently been diagnosed with interstitial cystitis/Painful Bladder Syndrome. I ve known for quite some time that after taking suboxone, my bladder would feel like it was convulsing & if I drank more water, it wasn t as painful to urinate, but make sure to be close to a bathroom! Should I waste my time on the CT scan & scope? And then what do I take for my chronic pain?!
