Hi,

You seem to have urinary infection and distension of bladder due to incomplete evacuation of bladder because of painful urination. At this moment you should drink plenty of water.take Vital liquid 2 spoons with a glass of water every 8 hours.

Consult your family physician for possible infection (local check up, urine examination routine and culture with sensitivity test). He would start with antibiotic and other helpful medication to relieve you taking full course of medication advised after the test reports would cure you of the problem.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
