What Causes Pain During Urination?

i having losts of pain when i urinate, i feel i have be beginning of uti. it started yesterday. i feel like i have to pee really bad, when i do go it is very painful and i only dribble, or can barely hold it. i do wear pads daily, bc i have leaks

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on the symptoms you are describing, it appears that you could be having inflammation of urethral mucosa and could result in urinary tract infection (UTI).
Kindly get the following investigations done:
1. Urine routine examination.
2. Urine culture and sensitivity test.
Kindly consult Urologist with the report as you may need to take a course of appropriate antibiotics.
