Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You have normal urine tests, and scan. Prominent pelvis could be normal finding or hydronehrosis. So kidney problem has been rule out. Your symptoms could be due to prostatitis, or cystitis.

I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo serum PSA, cystoscopy if needed. Specific treatment depend on the cause. You can take tablet pyridium. Drink plenty of water and fruit juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
