What Causes Pain From Back Of The Head To Neck?

i have a headache from the back of my head down to my neck and it gets worse when i work with my hands, like lifting 3 books thats was never heavy before it actually having a little weight on it bringing more pain to my neck and headache and i also get very dizzy at moments. This was my first time experiencing this.

pain from back to head and dizziness is due to cervical strain ...please go for cervical spine x ray ...meet your local doctor
