What Causes Pain From Groin To Knee After An Injury?

Hello, today I had a motorcyle accident and seem to have picked up an injury from it. My right thigh has a really dull pain from my groin to my knee. My guess is that I have just pulled something and dont really want to go to the hospital unless I think its anything serious. Thank you in advance.
