What Causes Pain From Mid Back To Arm Along With Numbness In Fingers?

ii have bad posture and i worked some arm exercises. Two days later, I started to noticed my mid back started to hurt and then it reached my arm and my whole left side. I have numbness in my fingers and pain that is persisting up and down my arm and I thought my heart was going to bust. I want to know what is going on and it has been like this for 2 weeks. I move my arms and stretch and it helps and lay on my back at night, but pain still come and go. Could you give me some clue as to what is going on.
