What Causes Pain From Neck To Shoulders?

i am haveing alot of pain from my neck down through my shoulders and when i turn my neck it seems to hurt and crack alot its meen their for a long time thanks gary i dont know if if u can answer more than one question but im also have like a wart on my foot from working out in the dampness tried basicly every thing and it wont go away thanks again gary
