Hello,

As per your history, it is a case of renal stones or kidney stones in which pain van radiator to limb and back side. However, we need to rule out neuropathy as well.

I have a few questions for you:

Do you feel pain on urination, is wearing red in color, is pain bearable or not, do you have a history of any gall stones. Your feedback will help to arrive at a concrete solution to treat it in a better way. You can also report to emergency room directly for clinical examination. But do it immediately without wait and watch.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
