Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your pain in face and associated area.

As per your mentioned symptoms what I can figure out is chronic sinusitis.

You need to visit an ENT doctor and get a CT scan of your sinuses done. You can also check a symptom, when you stoop forward and lower your head if there is heaviness or symptoms of head ache it is because of sinusitis, you may also look for yellow or greenish post nasal drip.

If you mean MS as multiple sclerosis it is not that.
You can have hot steam inhalations and take an antibiotic course in consultation with your doctor.

Hope my answer will help you and you can write us back in case you need any help further.

Regards
