What Causes Pain From The Elbow To The Arm?
My left arm was twistedin a way that now when something hits the elbow joint hurts and if I write a lot or move it a lot it hurts worse. The pain starts at the elbow joint and spreads through the whole arm, can you please help me figure out what s wrong with my arm?

Probably nerve impingement. I suggest you see your doctor for a physical examination and possibly referral to a nerve conduction test.
