What Causes Pain From The Knees To The Hips?

Pain on both legs from knee to hip. Worse at night. Tight IT Band Started with new protocol of pneumonia shot. Severe inflamation in hips (Bursitus) Did PT. It gets better but flairs up again. Dr. checked knees and hips . They do not need replacement. Don t know what Dr, I should see next.

Hi,

It could be a neuropathic pain. As a first line management you can take analgesics like Gabapentin for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persists better to consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
