What Causes Pain From The Neck To The Right Arm And Fingers?

I have pain in my right arm that leads down from my neck to my fingers. It starts out with the feeling of my arm being compressed and it keeps getting tighter pulling me forward. This compression can start from non-movement or leaning forward. I have also noticed that if I become stressed, it can also signal the compression feeling. YYYY@YYYY
