(If auscultation suspicious ) If bronchoconstriction there and rhonchi heard than bronchodilator given... If inflammation there antihistaminic drug might needed... The course of treatment depend on cause ... If no significant cause detected after examination and investigation than it might be simple muscular pain which is treated with rest and analgesic...
