What Causes Pain In Abdomen After Consuming Alcohol?
I have taken a pill called dren six hours prior to going to a bar, consuming alcohol and cigarettes simultaneously. I woke up with a pain in my lower abdomen, I ve been dehydrated despite drinking lots of water, it s hard for me to breathe deep, it s hard for me to lay on the side where the pain is located, and it feels like something is dry in my body. Could you tell me what could be the problem?

Looking at your history it seems to be alcohol induced gastritis
smoking and alcohol causes stimulation of stomach glands to produce more acids
Alcohol causes dehydration due to vasodilation
in my opinion you should take tab pantoprazole 40mg with antacids
plenty of fluids including lemon water
