What Causes Pain In Abdomen Along With Dizziness And Nausea?

I had severe nausea this week for 4 days, unable to keep any food or drink down, pain in the middle of my gut, worse when standing, walking or sitting, and was extremely dizzy. Everything was moving clockwise except when I turned my eyes all the way to the left. I am still somewhat dizzy, not completely walking straight. The nausea is gone and I ve been able to eat and poop. Urination has been normal. Very low-level fever, 98.9 on regular 97.3. Have not had a headache but have had severe overall discomfort. It had been difficult but is easier now to read.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, these are the typical symptoms of increasing the acid secretion in gastric region, in my opinion this can be best managed with "Tab Omeprazole with Domperidone 40/30 mg" once in day for three weeks, avoid spicy food, smoking, alcohol, coffee prior to bed, hope this information helps, take care.
