What Causes Pain In Abdomen And Back Along With Nausea During Pregnancy?

I m currently 20 weeks pregnant and I m suffering from backaches, pain between my shoulder blades, have a head ache, strong feeling nausea, had abdominal pain earlier and yesterday, seen white flashes all of a sudden earlier, and occasionally feel like a stick is being shoved up my butt. Do I need to go to the emergency room right now. I m uninsured.
