Hello and welcome to HCM,
In a normal regular menstrual cycle, ovulation occurs 2 weeks after menstruation.
Lower abdominal pain and mild spotting can accompany ovulation which occurs 2 weeks after menstruation.
Thus, the lower abdominal pain and spotting in the morning can be due to ovulation.
In addition, breast tenderness is seen during second part of menstrual cycle under the influence of progesterone.

Thanks and take care

There is no problem. These signs, the pain in lower abdomen and in the breast nipples, are normal when the ovulation is hapening.
