What Causes Pain In Abdomen On Intake Of Fats Post Recovery From Pancreatitis?

i got suffered from Pancreatitis in April 2015 i was treated 1 week in hospital, and now i am on normal diet, but problem is when i include some fat in my diet i feels pain in my left abdomen. my question is how much time it will take to be able to digest fat & what should i do to recover my pancreas. now i completely stopped to take fat in my diet.

Hi,

After pancreatitis you should avoid fatty food items because effected insulin secretion will reduce digestion of carbs.
