What Causes Pain In Abdomen While Passing Stools?

Hi I am 30 yr old female. Have been getting sharp stabbing pains in my lower abdoman and pain when trying to defecate. Is this just constipation? I am able to pass stools but am getting pain in my abdoman when doing so. At best it's a dull constant pain at worst stabbing pains take my breath away.

If it pains only during passing stool and stool is hard then chances of pain due to constipation is high. You should take plenty of oral fluid. Lots of fiberous food. If not relieved pl see your doctor.
