What Causes Pain In Abdomen With Swelling And Tingling In Legs While Walking?

I am helthy female of 23 years old ,the 6 months later i can not walk properly for long distances i feel so tired in my abdomin & below and some times my right leg swolled & tingling & numbness in the toes of both legs i get to abdominal physician & CNS examination ws done & show RT limb weakness GIII, Normal RBCS,RFT& MRIfor lumber,srepral I get only diclfenac sodium , myogesic & cobal now in the begining of this month & feel there is no response can you help me please...
