Hi.
The pain in the right side of abdomen can be due to the following reasons: Appendicitis, Salpingitis, Ovarian problems like twisted Ovarian cyst, colitis, right ureteric stone, lymph node mass to name a few.
You have to get a clinical examination and investigations of blood, urine, stool and ultrasonography.
Get a proper treatment as per the findings.
