What Causes Pain In Abdomen,back And Diarrhea?

I have severe back and side pain that I have associated with gas and belching. I have had diarrhea and also felt constipated. My pain is bearable when I get up in the morning and as the day progressives it gets worse. I have been going on like this for about five days now.

You need to get ruled out for Pancreatitis, Gall stones. Avoid fatty or oily diet. Keep well hydrated. Do your liver function tests and Serum amylase levels. Consult your Gastroenterologist.
