Hi,

It is important to seek a second opinion from a healthcare provider if you are experiencing persistent symptoms such as pain in your abdomen, chest, and blood in your stool. These symptoms can be caused by a variety of underlying conditions, some of which may be serious.

Muscle strain is a possible cause of abdominal and chest pain, but it is not typically associated with blood in the stool. Other conditions such as gastrointestinal bleeding, inflammatory bowel disease, or colorectal cancer can cause symptoms such as abdominal pain and blood in the stool.

It is important to have a thorough examination and diagnostic tests such as a colonoscopy, endoscopy, or imaging studies to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms. It is also important to follow your healthcare provider's instructions for any medication or treatment recommendations and attend all scheduled appointments for your condition. If your symptoms persist or worsen, it is important to seek medical attention immediately.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
