What Causes Pain In And Around Abdomen?

I am having a lot of pain in my abdomen started off as dull cramps at bottom and now a lot of pain around my abdomen...at this moment the pain comes and goes on my left top it feels like gas bubbles or flutters around the middle and top of my belly....I have been nauseated and today had alil diareah....I have gone to Er and thru all the test see nothing but the pain gets worse Lil by Lil....

Hi ,
Welcome to the HCM,
It could be gastroentritis ,which can be viral or bacterial.
Have plenty of water and take light food no fruit juices.If loose motions continue and fever comes then you may need antibiotics course.Until that go for a stool test to rule out any oocysts or bacterial infection and follow accordingly.
